Nurajack Self Levelling Jacks

Plastic jacks, like Nurajacks, are adjustable supports used to elevate and level decking above surfaces such as concrete or waterproof membranes. Made from durable plastic, they create a stable platform, ensuring proper drainage, airflow, and ventilation beneath the deck.

Tile Substrate

A jack and aluminium framing solution for tiles provides a highly durable, stable, and customisable system for raised tile installations. The adjustable jacks allow for precise levelling over uneven surfaces such as concrete or waterproof membranes, while the lightweight yet strong aluminium framing offers a robust, corrosion-resistant foundation. The nail-free, low-profile design ensures easy installation and long-lasting performance.

Decking Substrate

A jack and aluminium framing solution for timber decking provides a durable, adjustable foundation that ensures precise levelling and stability. We use ShadowDeck™ Kwila 140×21mm timber decking boards for the ultimate wood finish, paired with our patented timber fasteners — creating a nail-free timber decking solution for low-profile decks over concrete or waterproof membranes.

Frame Layouts

Floating Aluminium Deck Frame Layouts

The FlippnClick aluminium framing system has key advantages over traditional timber framing. The system's simplicity and lightweight design means even apprentices can quickly master it, making it an efficient and user-friendly option for construction projects. A key feature is the ability to click the frame directly into self-levelling Nurajack heads — 80% faster than using timber.

Joist Layout

Designed with spaces with low clearance in mind. The Joists are clipped directly into a Nurajack at 1200 Centres.

Joist & Bearer Layout

Designed to be extra strong. The Joists are fixed to the bearer using "Joist to Bearer Side Clips" and the Bearers are clipped into a Nurajack at 1200 centres.

Joist to Bearer Side Clip

Designed for ease of installation, offering the flexibility to be secured with or without screws. You simply turn the side clip into the bearer framing, which locks the edge of your joist framing securely in place.

Joist/Bearer Framing Joiner

Designed to join and extend your framing or bearer aluminium lengths efficiently. The joiner allows you to extend your framing as required, making it easier to adapt to different project requirements.
